Since "Squeaky" began playing for the Irish, Green Isle has enjoyed an overall 130-51 record(.718 Pct.) and a league record of 65-10(.867 Pct.)... has showed up on time for BP a total of 7 times out of a possible 181 games... Ryan enjoys bringing his girlfriends to the games... won a state tournament in high school while playing for his father at Sibley East... currently a member of the South Dakota State University Jackrabbit baseball team... "Tony Dean" is one of the top killers on the team, defeating 23 deer this past year... has never won the Green Isle Irish fishing tournament but you should see his boat. Wow!!... Ryan and "special friend" Cartney often drive to the games together... Ryan was named to the All-State team for his performance in the 1999 state tournament... hit a career high 11 home runs in 1999... has all-time season records for hits, 73 in 1999, runs, 74 in 1999 and stolen bases, 32 in 1999... was 11-3 in 2001... pitched Green Isle into the state tournament in 2002 with a 1 hit shutout winning 1-0, Sauter only allowed 1 baserunner during the game... |
